Easy 3 Step DIY Thanksgiving Place Cards

Place cards for large Thanksgiving dinners are a must. But they don’t have to be boring! Add your own personal touch to the table by using ColorScents felt tip pens and some construction paper.

Supplies You’ll Need:

Color Scents Felt Tip Pens

Card Stock

Construction paper

Clothes pins

Glitter glue

Paint Brush

Step 1: First, grab your favorite color glitter glue, a paint brush, and clothes pins. We love the gold, but feel free to swap it out based on your construction paper colors. Next, glitter your clothespin by brushing on the glitter glue. We only glittered the front of the clothespin since that will be the only side showing. Let the clothespin dry, it should take about 40 minutes.

Step 2: Next, click here to print out our small leaves and click here to print out our large leaves.  We suggest using card stock for durability, but any paper weight will work. Then, cut out the shapes (the larger leaf will be used with construction paper). Side note, any shape will work. We chose leaves because of the season, but even a simple rectangle would look great as a place card.

Step 3: Finally, using the Color Scents gel pens, add each person’s name to the side of each leaf. Then, clothes-pinned the leaves together and that’s it! 3 simple steps to a beautiful place card that is perfect for entertaining your family this Thanksgiving.
